The VIP Event is an educational event organized by axaio software, callas software and Four Pees. It is an open event and a great opportunity for anyone who wants to acquire in-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience in callas pdfToolbox, pdfaPilot or pdfChip, axaio MadeToPrint or MadeToTag, Insoft Imp, Aleyant tFLOW or Pressero, Creative Edge iC3D, Laidback FileTrain or any of the other products distributed by Four Pees.
The event will take place from November 12-14, 2018 in Berlin, Germany. During the first two days, there are parallel tracks with technical trainings and presentations concerning print, publishing and packaging. The third day is a tailor-made training day. You will have the unique chance to get hands-on training on any of our products. Simply let us know what you would like to get training on and we will make sure it will be on the agenda!

What’s on the agenda?
The event starts on November 12 at 9:30 AM and ends on November 14 at 4 PM.
It’s too early to provide an exact agenda. If you who have been to previous VIP events, you know what you can expect: mainly technical, but also a few general sessions about the various products. Practical take-aways you can start using today to be more productive and a glimpse in the future. The event also offers network opportunities with software vendors, partners and end users.
During the third day, you will have the unique chance to get hands-on training on any of our products. Simply let us know what you would like to get training on and we will make sure it will be on the agenda for November 14.
For participants arriving on Sunday, November 11, we will arrange a nice get-together in the evening. More details will follow!
Where will the event take place?
The event will take place at the Golden Tulip in Berlin, Germany. The 4-star hotel is located in the heart of the capital city. You are close to Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe and Zoologischer Garten — the ideal starting point to explore Berlin!
The VIP Event will go on in the exclusive and new Convention Place: Sylt 2-4 and Sylt 5. The new conference rooms are equipped with modern and up-to-date event technology and have direct access to the hotel.
Where can you stay?
If you need a hotel room, we have negotiated a special rate for the nights of 12 and 13 November. The price is € 120 for a double room per night. Should you prefer to arrive earlier or stay longer, the hotel will offer the same rates based upon the availability.
