Professional Services Manager

Four Pees is an independent distributor and integrator of software for the printing industry. We provide, combine, implement and integrate various solutions based on our customer’s specific goals or requirements.

Implementation is the missing link in print automation, and Four Pees provides that link.

To support our current growth, we are looking for a Professional Services Manager to coordinate the activities of our support and implementation team.

Excellent planning, time management and communication skills are vital for this role, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Professional Services Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and align with commercial and technical teams
• Assign tasks to internal technical and development teams and assist with schedule management
• Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, making sure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as Professional Services Manager or similar project management role
• Solid organisational and people skills: you will work with a variety of stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and senior management
• Strong communicator and relationship builder: you’re approachable, communicate effectively, build positive relationships, and know how to manage conflict
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch, English and French
• Experience with automation in the graphical industry is a plus
• Knowledge of project management tools, preferably Mission Control in Salesforce, is a plus
