You are the go-to person for all technical aspects of the pre-sales and implementation process at Four Pees.
You provide pre-sales and post-sales information to resellers, system integrators, consultants and end-users. This includes investigating project needs, specifying appropriate software / professional services and prompt and detailed communication about the best solution.
You empower our sales team and reseller channel by performing workflow analysis and creating technical specifications they can use that enable sales, providing web-based demos and training as well as trainings in our offices or at their premises.
You are a backup for your customer support colleagues. This includes conversations through email / phone / online or going on-site to troubleshoot and understand problems, research and discovery to find solutions and work-arounds and escalation to appropriate channels for further investigation and closure.
