Traitement totalement non surveillé

pdfaPilot Server permet de configurer autant de dossiers actifs que n'en nécessite votre flux ; les fichiers qui sont déposés dans l'un de ces dossiers sont prélevés et traités de manière totalement non surveillée, conformément à vos instructions. Chaque dossier actif peut être configuré indépendamment et il peut convertir des documents bureautiques et des e-mails et leurs pièces jointes, corriger les problèmes courants dans les documents PDF ou exécuter une génération garantie de PDF/A.

En fonction du résultat du traitement, callas pdfaPilot aiguille les fichiers traités vers des dossiers de sortie spécifiques, de sorte que le reste du flux peut aussi être automatisé. Si nécessaire, des rapports personnalisés peuvent être créés pour la communication interne des fichiers à problèmes ou le retour direct de l'information aux clients. Comme ce reporting s'effectue sur la base de modèles faciles à personnaliser, vous pouvez même adapter les rapports pour qu'ils utilisent vos propres mises en page. Une fois cet aménagement réalisé, des pdfaPilot satellites, exécutés sur différents ordinateurs, peuvent commencer à coopérer avec votre dispatcheur. De quoi organiser facilement le partage de charge et le basculement entre plusieurs ordinateurs.

Qu'un pdfaPilot Server soit utilisé seul ou que la charge soit répartie entre différents systèmes par pdfaPilot Dispatcher, le paramétrage et la surveillance du traitement restent faciles. pdfaPilot simplifie ces opérations en autorisant la configuration distante et la surveillance distante à travers le réseau.
