What kind of support does Four Pees provide?

Our aim is simple: an answer to every question, help troubleshooting issues, and getting more out of the products you run with us. Because we are vendor-agnostic, we support the technology and the workflow around it, not just a single license. When you need more than day-to-day support, we also offer Professional Services and a Customer Success Program.

How do I open a support request or report a problem?

When can I expect a response, and what are your support hours?

Standard support is handled within your regular business hours. If you need faster or extended response, that is set by the level of your Four Pees Customer Success Program, so you can match the support commitment to how critical your production is.

What is the difference between support and a Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA)?

Regular support helps you use a product and resolve issues. An SMA is the vendor agreement that keeps a product current: it covers updates, upgrades and the handling of unexpected product behavior. For many products an SMA is obligatory in the first year after purchase.

I need more than break-fix. Can you help me implement or improve my workflow?

Yes. That is what our Professional Services and the Four Pees Customer Success Program are for: hands-on help with implementation, scripting, integration and continuous optimization, complementing your own team with PDF, color and automation experts. It is not vendor-specific and goes well beyond what an SMA covers.

Which products can you support?

Everything we distribute across our multi-vendor catalog, from callas and Enfocus to Caldera, Aleyant, Global Vision, ColorLogic and axaio. From the Customer Success Program Pro tier onwards, we can also help with technology we know inside third-party products, such as callas technology embedded in Acrobat Pro, Kodak Prinergy, Xerox FreeFlow or Dataline MultiPress.

Do you offer training?

Yes. Four Pees regularly runs trainings on specific products and on broader trends and underlying technologies, from PDF Standards and Preflight to pdfToolbox for beginners and intermediates and the Ghent PDF Output Suite certification course. You can join a shared session or book a private one, so get in touch for a quote.
