As much at home with his wife and two teenage daughters, Tom gets to call the shots. As founder and CEO of Four Pees, he is the main commercial contact for vendors, resellers and end users.
Outside Four Pees, Tom rides the tandem with his wife, preferably around the world. When they get home, the labrador retriever is bursting with impatience for all their attention.

Off the clock he is on his gravel bike, on the mountain bike trails, or on a downhill run as a member of the National Ski Patrol. At home, it is quality time with his wife and baby boy.

Adriano Cardoso

Give Adriano a production floor that stalls and he will find the bottleneck before you have finished describing it. Twenty years in prepress and print production, most of it spent automating the parts other people still do by hand: Switch flows, preflight profiles, imposition, and the scripting that ties an MIS to the presses. He is Oracle certified in Java and as comfortable in a database as in a PDF. Portuguese by birth, based near London, and currently wrestling Dutch toward a fighting A1. If your files reach you slowly today, Adriano is the one who makes them arrive in seconds.
