When does the change take effect?
On October 1, 2025, Four Pees will no longer serve as the worldwide distributor of callas software. Until then, the current situation remains unchanged.

What changes for Four Pees customers?
If you buy licenses and services directly from Four Pees, nothing changes. You can continue to rely on us for sales, technical support, and consultancy.

What changes for end-users who purchased via other resellers?
End-users who bought their callas products through another reseller should contact that reseller for both sales and technical support.

What changes for resellers/partners?
From October 1, callas software will manage all reseller, integrator, and distributor relationships directly, including orders, contracts, and product support.

Who do I contact for support?

  • Four Pees customers:
    • Technical support → support@fourpees.com
    • Sales/account questions → sales@fourpees.com or your account manager
  • Resellers:
    • Until October 1 → Four Pees (as today)
    • From October 1 → callas software (details to follow from callas directly
