Transition in Distribution Agreement with callas software

As of October 1, 2025, Four Pees will no longer serve as the worldwide distributor of callas software products.
Four Pees continues as an integrator of callas and other technologies.

Building on 15 years of collaboration

For more than 15 years, Four Pees has been proud to help grow the callas business, increase brand awareness, and support customers and partners with a consultative and customer-focused approach. We would like to sincerely thank our customers and partners for the trust and collaboration we have received during this time.

What this means in practice

• Four Pees customers (direct): If you purchase your licenses and services directly from Four Pees, nothing changes. You can continue to rely on your existing contacts for sales and support.
• End-users via other resellers: If you purchased callas products through another reseller, you should continue to contact that reseller for sales and technical support.
• Resellers/partners: From October 1, callas software will take over direct responsibility for reseller relationships, including order processing, contracts, and product support. Until that date, resellers should continue to place their orders and requests with Four Pees as usual.

Our focus going forward

While our role as distributor changes, our commitment to helping print service providers succeed remains unchanged. Four Pees continues to support the industry through:

• Consultancy and implementation services: supporting you in tackling production challenges with connected automation.
• Software license sales: getting you the right products and technology for your needs.
• The Customer Success Program: premium support including SLA-based services, troubleshooting, and consultancy across your entire print technology stack.
• Atomyx, our cloud innovation platform for print production:
  • Atomyx Prepare — a SaaS API for cloud-based artwork processing such as preflight, correction, and proofsheet creation.
  • Atomyx Manage — an integration platform (iPaaS) that connects online order sources with production tools, transforming data exchange and providing a cloud-based production dashboard.

Both Atomyx Prepare and Atomyx Manage are already in production use and ready to onboard new customers.

• Resellers should continue working with Four Pees until October 1. From that date onward, callas software will communicate further details directly.
