The support services that are covered by the contract include short-term technical assistance. If necessary, one of our experts will take control of your workstation in order to keep your production up and running when you need it most. Peace of mind is included in the price!
✔ Always up-to-date
The contract covers all updates for the product(s) in question. As a SMA customer, you can download all updates straight from our website. (If you don't have an account yet, you need to register first.) It ensures all your products will be kept up-to-date with the latest versions and enhancements.
✔ Period of validity
The contract is valid for one year, always starting the first day of the next month. Do you regret that you haven’t extended your contract in the past? Well, it’s also possible to enter into a SMA contract later on. For more information, contact our sales team.
Please note that you can extend your Support & Maintenance Contract automatically or on approval. If you prefer the latter, you specifically need to tell us. Don't forget you can only cancel your SMA contract up to 60 days before the renewal!
The annual cost of the contract is 20% of the list price. Does your SMA contract covers callas products? Looking for a good deal? Then you should go for a three-year contract, which is available for 50% of the list price.
